Chicken Fry

 

Serves 4-6 people

Ingredients

Chicken: 1 whole, cut in small pieces

Ginger-garlic (adrak-lasan) paste:  1 tbsp

Green chili paste: 1 tbsp

Tomatoes: 2 chopped fine

Red chili powder: ½ tsp (or more depending on spice level)

Garam masala ¼ tsp

 

Method

Marinate chicken with all ingredients for 4 hours minimum.  Cook and dry the masala on chicken.  Cover with bread crumbs and fry in egg.
