Chop Fry

 

Serves 4-6 people

Ingredients

Chops: ½ kg

Ginger-garlic (adrak-lasan) paste:  1 tsp

Green chili paste: 1 tsp

salt & oil

 

Method

Boil all the ingredients for 25 minutes in a pressure cooker with one cup water.  Dry masala.  Cover with cread crumbs and deep fry with egg in oil.

 

Variation

Boil ½ kg chops with 1 ½ tsp adrak lasan, salt, haldi, 1 tsp red chili powder, ¾ tsp dhaniya zeera, ¼ tsp zeera powder and 1 big tomato, chopped in large pieces.  Dry masala, add 1 tsp green chili paste and ¼ tsp garam masala.  Coat in bread crumbs and egg and deep fry.
