Mixed bhajiya

Ingredients

Chickpea plour (channa atta / besan):  1½ cup

Baking soda (soda khaar):   ¾ tsp

Green chili paste: 2 –3

Potato:  1 big (chopped)

Onion:  1 big (chopped omelet style)

Cumin (zeera) powder:  1 tsp

Egg: 1

Salt

Method

Mix all ingredients well.  Fry 1 tsp full in a kadhai on slow fire, till golden brown.

Serve with spicy ketchup and green cilantro chutney or imli-gud chutney and green cilantro chutney.
